Harry Fisher from Fire to Fork has is an expert in setting up a vehicle for touring – mainly because of the mistakes he’s made along the way before getting to where he is now! One of Harry’s big tips is about water storage. For starters, it’s important to have enough water with you and then a backup supply. Harry uses 20L “bladders” to carry water, which is better than the old-fashioned jerry can. He also has installed 9metre long hoses in the back of his vehicle to make accessing water – and air – so much easier!
